¡Ý Interviews
  - Individual questions will be asked to evaluate personality, adaptability, professional knowledge, and common sense.
- Interviews will last 30 ~ 60 minutes.
- Executives, the head of the appropriate department, and the head of the personnel affairs department will interview the applicants.
- Interviews will include presentations.
- Presentation interviews are conducted mainly to evaluate the applicant¡¯s ability for basic practical affairs. The applicant¡¯s professional knowledge, experience, ambition, enthusiasm, and special talents may be expressed in the presentation.


¡Ý Qualifications
  - There is no limitation to academic qualification.
- There is no discrimination between sexes.
- Anyone aged 20 - 29 can apply for employment.
- Exceptions will be applied to applicants with working careers.
- Applicants who are disqualified from traveling abroad or who have a record of evading military service will not be considered.


¡Ý Paper-Screening
  - The company will select employees through the screening of documents.
- Their basic screening will be based on the current need for manpower in each department.
- The veracity of the entries in application documents will be validated.
