DongHwa Entec Co., Ltd. held a labor-management agreement ceremony for employment stability in the main conference room, 3F Hwajeon factory, from 11 a.m. to noon on Wed. Aug. 26, 2020. 

The ceremony was attended by CEO Kim Dong-kun and three other leaders, President Kwon yung-woo, Management Planning Team Leader Choi Yeong-jun and Assistant General Manager Lee Jae-wook, Chairman Kim Young-man of the Family Love Committee, Global Team Leader Heo Kyung-jea, Quality Management Team Foreman Won Chang-sun, Assembly Group 5 Foreman Kim Jin-su and System Design Team Manager Ryu Seong-hyeon were also present. 

Under the shared perception that enhancement of company competitiveness through harmony of labor and management is essential, labor and management agreed to do their best to maximize member employment stability and improve the working environment. 

Such changes will serve to enhance company competitiveness by strengthening individual and team capabilities, and improve productivity and management performance to reduce costs.
